Understanding marketplace growth, the need to keep both sides scaling in tandem and the importance of focusing resources on where they can drive the most impact meant we got to work building a go-to-market strategy and stellar team to deliver. Defining customer profiles and segments enabled us to identify the target customers, what they were worth, where we could find them and how much it would cost to get them. With this in mind, we built a partner ecosystem and playbook that would drive Avasam’s acquisition strategy.
